The FACULTY is a multi-disciplined professional learned institution based in The United Kingdom. It offers membership and certification world-wide to individual members, patron and institutional membership to organisations and businesses. The FACULTY operates on a national and international basis.

To accomplish its goal FACULTY needs the moral support of industry, commerce and organisations. Through patron or institutional membership, organisations, industry and commerce play a prominent role in the advancement, practice and fostering of the arts and sciences with an opportunity to associate through a meaningful relationship.

The Council of the FACULTY is the highest authority in the structure of the FACULTY and is appointed by its active members. The FACULTY functions under its own Constitution and By-laws (articles of association), which are revised from time to time in order to ensure the organisation is in step with technological and social developments. Assisting the Council is the Examination Committee and any other committees and members who manages the affairs of the FACULTY.

The most important sub-divisions within the FACULTY’s structure are:

a) Membership division – subdivided into Technological and Managerial Chapters

b) Certification Division – sub-divided into three main groups:

Group 1 – Scientific/Technological
Group 2 – Engineering
Group 3 – Managerial/Administrative

c) Vocational, educational and professional development sub-division.

The FACULTY informs members about the prospects of professional and educational development opportunities through the FACULTY and the associated educational establishments. The FACULTY’s structures accommodate the modern busy individual of today in a competitive world. The educational sub-division of the FACULTY assists members with educational decisions and allows them to choose courses that will enable them to embark on a career in a suitable field. The ultimate goal is to provide the means and facilities for junior members to achieve the highest academic qualification possible and paves the way towards the corporate grades of membership.

Suitably qualified members are invited to join various sub-divisions such as the:

MBA and Professional Managers Guild,

The International Institute Of Engineers (IIE),

The International Institute Of Scientists (IIS),

The International Guild of Academics (IGA). and

The International Guild of Secretaries and Administrators (IGSAdm)

The FACULTY therefore seeks to establish links with reputable education providers on a global basis. Through these established links it is possible for members globally to realise their highest academic and professional goals and be able to advance jointly through the FACULTY. Associated institutions must recognise the various academic attainments of members or individuals seeking to join the FACULTY. Education and professional development can be specific or broadly based and must be internationally accepted in many fields of endeavor within the spectrum of the arts and sciences encompassed by the FACULTY.

Technical and Scientific Education: We offer students a wide selection of study areas, ranging from Building Technology, Construction, all Engineering and Science disciplines.

Managerial, Administration and Social Sciences: Cultural and Community Development and Food Processing. The FACULTY is further committed to promote and uphold the status of the professions encompassed by its activities. Through professional development education the FACULTY aims to provide the knowledge and skills for its members who wish to qualify themselves through the utilization of the best available opportunities and methods within the FACULTY.
